What’s your return policy?

In general, products can be returned within 5 business days from proof of  delivery. Items must be in its original condition for it to be accepted. Most importantly, items must bear no physical damage or serious scratch, and must not be flooded or soaked in water.

 

Why are photos required?
As part of our return process we may ask you to provide a photo of the package or product.
Your photos help us quickly and accurately provide the best solution for you.

 

We highly appreciate the efforts you put in making photos clean and sharp. In return, we promise prompt and decent responses for the matter.

If the return is not a result of our error, customers will be required to cover shipping cost both ways. Please make sure the item is returned in the original condition, with the original packaging.

Before returning a product, Please contact our customer service department at [email protected]  to receive an RMA number  (Return Merchandise Authorization).
